Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks an experienced Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims to oversee complex auto and commercial injury claims remotely across multiple states. The role emphasizes leadership, oversight of litigation matters, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will guide adjusters, ensure adherence to policy and regulatory standards, and manage operations, staffing, and performance to deliver efficient claims handling and exceptional service.

Competenze

• 5+ years in progressively responsible claims management or supervisory roles.
• 7+ years of complex casualty claims experience.
• Technical expertise in handling casualty claims of varying complexity.
• HS/GED or 3+ years of virtual customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Two+ years of litigation experience, SIU preferred.
• Professional designation such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR.

Mansioni

• Oversee complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, including litigated files.
• Provide technical guidance to adjusters on coverage, liability, and resolution.
• Direct daily operations, staffing, and workflow to meet departmental standards.
• Monitor quality and customer service through QA, surveys, and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and DOI regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as liaison for commercial clients.
