Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims, to oversee complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states from a remote setting.

You will lead a team, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, mentor staff through performance management, and coordinate litigation matters with internal and external counsel while partnering with brokers and clients for strong outcomes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in progressively responsible supervisory role within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in casualty claims across varying complexity.
• High School/GED or 3-year customer service experience in virtual environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; professional designation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of complex claims across states.
• Provide technical guidance to adjusters on coverage, liability, and settlement authority.
• Direct daily operations including staffing, workflow, and multi-shift coverage.
• Monitor performance goals, service standards, and QA results.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and liaison with brokers/clients.
