Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a Senior Compensation Advisor to provide strategic pricing, job evaluation, and internal equity analyses. This role supports leaders, drives market pricing, and oversees salary-structure design within governance frameworks.

You will collaborate with management to develop models, scenarios, and dashboards, ensuring compliant, data-driven compensation programs across the organization. Remote work from home is available with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressively responsible compensation experience.
• Progressively responsible experience advising leaders and administering broad-based compensation programs.
• Experience analyzing complex market data, pay compression, and equity reviews.
• Experience leading complex projects and developing advanced spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of federal/state compensation laws including FLSA, Equal Pay Act, and Title VII.

Responsibilities

• Consult directly with leaders on compensation matters and deliver market-pricing, internal-equity, salary-structure, and pay-action recommendations.
• Lead complex job evaluations, pricing reviews, external survey analyses, and department-level pay-compression studies; identify issues and develop practical structural recommendations.
• Develop compensation models, scenarios, and supporting analyses; present defensible recommendations to management and senior leaders.
• Support the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of base salary, incentive, and related compensation programs within established governance frameworks.
• Maintain compensation system and market-pay alignment by processing and validating job and compensation data updates, coordinating annual compensation activities, completing data testing, and reviewing dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate assigned compliance activities, including BSA/CIP processes and FLSA audit support; interpret compensation policies and elevate material risks or exceptions as appropriate.
• Lead complex compensation projects or workstreams, coordinate external survey-vendor activities, improve procedures, and provide functional guidance to other Compensation team members.
