Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 6 years of post-bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 4 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance, 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants with coaching and direction across pricing and analytics projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decisions, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients and communicate insights clearly.
