Job summary

AAA-The Auto Club Group is seeking a senior Compensation Advisor to provide strategic guidance on market pricing, job evaluation, salary structures, and internal equity. You will lead reviews, translate data into recommendations, and improve compensation programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressively responsible compensation experience.
• Experience advising leaders and administering broad-based compensation programs.
• Experience analyzing complex market and employee data, pay-compression or equity reviews, and developing recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders on compensation matters and deliver market-pricing, internal-equity, salary-structure, and pay-action recommendations.
• Lead complex job evaluations, pricing reviews, external survey analyses, and department pay-compression studies; develop practical structural recommendations.
• Develop compensation models, scenarios, and supporting analyses; present findings to management.
• Support design and administration of base salary, incentives, and related programs within governance frameworks.
• Maintain compensation data, coordinate annual activities, and review dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate compliance activities including BSA/CIP processes and FLSA audit support.
• Lead projects/workstreams, coordinate survey vendors, and guide team members.
