Job summary

AAA-The Auto Club Group is seeking a Compensation Advisor to provide strategic advisory support to leaders through market pricing, job evaluation, salary structures, internal equity, and pay-compression analyses. You will lead complex reviews and translate data into practical recommendations while ensuring program integrity.

The role may be remote with travel to Dearborn, MI or Tampa, FL as needed; schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. A Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five to seven years of compensation experience.
• Experience advising leaders and administering broad-based compensation programs.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders on market pricing, internal equity, salary structure, and pay actions.
• Lead complex job evaluations and external survey analyses; develop actionable recommendations.
• Develop compensation models and supporting analyses for management reviews.
• Support design, administration, and improvement of base salary and incentive programs.
• Coordinate annual compensation activities and validate data updates.
• Lead compliance activities and interpret compensation policies as needed.
