Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group seeks a strategic Compensation Advisor to provide market pricing, job evaluation, and structure analyses for leaders. You will drive complex reviews, translate data into actionable recommendations, and support ongoing governance of compensation programs.

You will lead modeling, scenario development, and dashboards while ensuring internal equity and policy compliance, with remote work option and travel to Dearborn, MI or Tampa, FL as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• No specific license or certification is required.
• Five to seven years of progressively responsible compensation experience.
• Experience advising leaders and administering broad-based compensation programs, including market pricing, job evaluation, salary structures, internal equity, and incentive or bonus programs.

Responsibilities

• Consult directly with leaders on compensation matters and deliver market-pricing, internal-equity, salary-structure, and pay-action recommendations.
• Lead complex job evaluations, pricing reviews, external survey analyses, and department-level pay-compression studies; develop practical structural recommendations.
• Develop compensation models, scenarios, and supporting analyses; present defensible recommendations to management and senior leaders.
• Support the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of base salary, incentive, bonus, and related compensation programs.
