Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group, remote for the Auto pricing leadership role, seeks a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager to guide analysts and consultants across pricing studies.

You will oversee analyses, coach staff, and partner with clients to shape pricing strategies for commercial auto opportunities, while coordinating tight timelines and quality outcomes. A strong actuarial background and ACAS certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong leadership and pricing analytics experience.
• Experience coaching and developing actuarial staff and consultants.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with clients or stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of commercial auto pricing and actuarial methods.
• ACAS certification and advanced actuarial training are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop actuarial analysts and consultants across pricing projects.
• Oversee analyses, support business decisions, ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Build internal and external client relationships through presentations and briefings.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor staff; manage team workload and priorities.
• Balance business results with available human capital and resources.
