Job summary

Providence is seeking a Provider Compensation Consultant to lead the design and optimization of provider compensation programs. This remote role collaborates with HR, Finance, Legal, and operations to ensure market-competitive, compliant, and financially sustainable plans.

You will analyze market benchmarks, manage program governance, and advise senior leadership on compensation strategy while promoting transparency with providers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related area.
• 3 years progressive experience in compensation design, finance, or physician practice management with strong project/change skills.
