Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team remotely. The role focuses on designing and administering compensation programs, aligning pay with recruitment and engagement goals, and communicating pay structures and budgets.

You will analyze market data, maintain job descriptions, and support pay equity initiatives. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and prior government contracting experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics or equivalent; 5+ years in compensation (or equivalent experience).
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts).
• Experience with government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and administer compensation programs including base pay, short-term incentives, and sales commissions.
• Design and communicate pay structures, grades, budgets, and guidelines.
• Participate in compensation surveys and market analyses.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on offers and internal transfers.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and job architecture.
• Ensure compliance with policies including HIPAA where applicable.
