Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our growing team. The role involves analyzing, designing, and administering compensation programs including base pay, incentives, and sales commissions to align with recruiting, retention, and engagement goals.

The position is remote with a preference for candidates in the Northern Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, DC area. You will advise managers on pay decisions, develop job descriptions, participate in surveys, and ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics and a minimum of 5+ years of compensation experience.
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
Government contracting experience required.
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
Integrity, discretion with confidential information.
Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, and administer compensation programs including base pay, incentives, and sales commissions.
Design and communicate pay structures, grades, budgets, and guidelines.
Participate in compensation surveys and market analysis.
Research market competitiveness, pay equity, and trends.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HRBP to guide offers and transfers.
Maintain and update job descriptions and architecture.
Conduct job evaluations and ensure internal equity.
Track regulatory updates related to employment and wages.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy rules.
Other related duties as assigned.
