Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in Human Resources with compensation focus.
• Experience with job analysis/evaluation and wage grade structure design.
• Experience with compensation research and data analysis for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration of direct compensation for salaried and hourly employees.
• Create compensation guidelines aligning with philosophy and culture.
• Analyze job descriptions and wage grade classifications; support offers and promotions.
• Provide advice on pay decisions and interpretation of policies.
