Job summary

TIDI Products, a leading manufacturer of disposable infection prevention products, seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to design, administer, and analyze compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate associates. You will lead job architecture, market pricing, salary administration, incentive programs, and governance.

The role partners with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness while supporting growth, acquisitions, and workforce

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of progressive compensation experience.
• Experience administering salary structures, incentive plans, and compensation programs.
• Experience conducting job evaluations and market benchmarking.
• Experience partnering with Finance on budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, organizational changes, or compensation integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and continuous improvement of company compensation programs.
• Conduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking using industry surveys and market data.
• Evaluate positions and recommend appropriate salary grades and pay ranges.
• Ensure compensation programs remain competitive and aligned with philosophy.
• Support compensation planning, budget development, and workforce analytics.
• Monitor and analyze internal pay equity, salary compression, and market competitiveness.
• Develop compensation modeling, costing, and forecasting tools.
• Analyze compensation trends and provide recommendations regarding merit budgets and salary structures.
