Job summary

TIDI Products, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to shape compensation strategy, pricing, and governance. You will partner with HR and business leaders to design market-aligned salary structures and oversee annual merit processes.

The role focuses on analysis, program administration, and advising leadership on pay decisions, with potential for remote work within two hours of Neenah, WI. Strong Excel and data interpretation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation or Total Rewards experience.
• Hands-on experience conducting market pricing and compensation benchmarking.
• Experience evaluating and leveling jobs and administering salary structures and pay ranges.
• Experience supporting annual merit and compensation planning.
• Experience analyzing compensation data and making recommendations to HR and business leaders.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with compensation surveys and market-pricing tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing and competitive benchmarking for new and existing positions.
• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze external market data.
• Recommend appropriate salary ranges, grades, and compensation levels.
• Analyze internal equity, salary compression, market competitiveness, and pay positioning.
• Translate compensation data into clear recommendations for HR and business leaders.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s job architecture and salary structure.
• Lead the annual merit and salary review process.
• Develop compensation models, costing analyses, and forecasts.
