Qualifications

- Experience administering compensation programs, salary structures, and market pricing.
- Proven ability to influence decisions with data-driven recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Support compensation programs and annual cycle activities including merit planning.
- Serve as owner for compensation initiatives and system enhancements.
- Conduct analyses and develop recommendations for individuals and groups.
- Apply data techniques to assess pay equity and market trends.
- Utilize Workday, Snowflake, Power BI, SQL to analyze data and report findings.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and other teams on data governance and dashboards.
- Assist leadership with analyses, executive materials, and project deliverables.
