Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines to support the account team, AMs and producers with servicing existing clients remotely within the Eastern/Central time zones. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely renewals, and proactive service.

You will perform policy processing, submissions, and coverage reviews while maintaining data integrity in agency systems and coordinating with carriers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Licensing active or in progress; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day account team activities and workflow.
• Track policy expirations and renewals for accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, and billing issues.
• Support new and renewal business submissions and pricing discussions.
• Review contracts for proper coverages and maintain data accuracy.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and manage receivables.
• Maintain agency systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
