Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and Producer. The role operates in a remote-capable setting with in-person flexibility for certain time zones, and involves handling renewals, endorsements, submissions, and client communications.

You will track policy expirations, monitor billing, and assist with proposals, pricing, and coverage decisions while maintaining data accuracy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Active license required; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist and Account Team.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related policy documents.
• Support new and renewal business: research, submissions, pricing, proposals, and binding.
• Review contracts for proper coverages and manage accounts receivable."
• Maintain agency management systems and data integrity.
