Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support for the account team, Producer, and assigned clients. The role combines policy management, client research, submissions, and coverage negotiations, with an emphasis on quality and timely service.

The position allows remote work within Eastern and Central Time Zones, with possible onsite needs at the Longwood, FL location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; professional designation (CISR) preferred
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of team support and account staff.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, and related tasks.
• Support new and renewal business: gather underwriting information, prepare submissions, bind coverage.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team.
