Job summary

WCG is seeking a Commercial Enablement Senior Manager to drive the revenue motion by delivering training, tools, processes, and support enabling field readiness and performance. You will partner across Product Marketing and commercial leadership to align on markets, opportunities, and buyer experiences.

This role focuses on GTM strategy, field adoption, measurement of enablement impact, and delivering scalable programs that improve win rates and ramp times.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence, Product Marketing, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the enablement roadmap and GTM plans to drive execution across the field.
• Partner with commercial and GTM leaders to identify gaps and prioritize initiatives.
• Ensure enablement programs reflect approved positioning, processes, role requirements, and market priorities.
• Design and deliver role-relevant programs, workshops, and assessments to accelerate GTM readiness.
• Leverage enablement and AI tools to enhance content, workflows, and scalable processes.
• Act as an expert user of Dock and Gong to improve access to information and customer-facing workflows.
• Equip leadership with coaching guidance and performance insights to reinforce narratives and skills.
