Job summary

WCG is seeking a Senior Enablement Manager to drive the revenue motion by equipping sales with training, tools, and processes for field readiness. This role partners with Product Marketing to align on markets, opportunities, and buyer experiences.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, utilization of AI-enabled tools, and ongoing performance insights to improve sales outcomes. Remote work supported, compensation aligned to market and location.

Qualifications

5+ years in Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence, or Product Marketing.
Experience collaborating with Sales, GTM, and Product Marketing teams in life sciences.
Proven cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed organization.
Excellent communication, change management, analytical and storytelling skills.
Experience using revenue enablement tools such as HighSpot, Dock, Gong, Jiminny, Avoma.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the enablement roadmap and GTM plans for field readiness.
Partner with commercial and GTM leaders to identify execution gaps and set prioritization.
Ensure enablement programs reflect positioning, processes, roles, and priorities.
Design and deliver role-relevant programs, workshops, and assessments.
Ensure onboarding curriculums are up to date with offerings and narratives.
Develop learning resources, sales playbooks, and guidelines.
Leverage enablement and AI tools to enhance content and workflows.
Act as expert user of Dock and Gong to improve access to information.
Equip leadership with coaching guidance and performance insights.
