Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience within a claims environment.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Experience handling commercial Auto, bodily injury, and/or rideshare claims is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and conclusion of claims.
• Directs workflow and staffing to meet department goals and budgets.
• Acts as claims liaison for commercial customers and brokers across states.
