Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims for a remote role spanning multiple states. You will supervise complex auto and casualty claims, evaluate coverage questions, and guide settlement decisions while coordinating with partner clubs.

The role requires 5+ years in claims leadership and 7+ years in complex casualty claims, with an active adjuster license or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex casualty claims experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain within 90 days of filling position.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Professional designation or certification such as CPCU or AIC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of complex claims across multiple states.
• Directs daily operations, staffing, and workflow across shifts.
• Provides guidance on coverage, liability, and settlement authority for complex matters.
• Manages internal and external counsel and monitors costs.
• Builds relationships with partner clubs and cross-functional teams.
