Job summary

Mobilitas, a commercial insurance company created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Sr. Supervisor for Commercial Casualty Claims. This remote role supports multiple states, supervising complex auto and commercial injury claims and guiding coverage decisions.

You will manage claim workflows, mentor adjusters, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with partner clubs and customers nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience within a claims environment.
• Technical experience in handling claims relevant to adjuster roles supervised.
• High School/GED or equivalent experience in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and conclusion of claims.
• Directs workflow and staffing for claims across multiple states.
• Provides guidance and settlement authority on complex cases.
• Acts as liaison for commercial customers and brokers.
