Job summary

Mobilitas, a CSAA Insurance Group spin-out, is hiring a Sr. Supervisor, Commercial Casualty Claims — Remote. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across states, evaluate coverage, and provide guidance with settlement authority.

The role requires leadership, licensing, and the ability to manage multiple shifts in a remote, distributed team. You will lead operations, training, quality assurance, and budgeting while serving as a claims liaison with partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience within a claims environment.
• HS/GED or 3-year customer service experience in a virtual environment leveraging internet, phone, and chat features.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license(s) within 90 days of filling position as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and conclusion of claims.
• Directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow of claims.
• Monitors goals and targets for staff in support of department strategy.
• Provides technical expertise to adjusters and reviews files for coverage and liability resolution.
• Manages phone queues and participates in Committee Review Process for specialty.
• Ensures high-quality service levels and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Oversees staffing, budgeting, and collaboration with other departments.
• Acts as liaison for commercial customers and brokers; builds relationships.
