Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead pricing teams and guide complex analytics. You will coach analysts, oversee projects, and partner with stakeholders to shape pricing decisions.

Ideal candidates have ACAS, 3+ years of commercial insurance experience, and a track record of team leadership. This remote role supports collaboration across the US and offers a strong incentive program.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society).
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• 3+ years personal lines insurance experience.
• Ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training to staff.
• Experience leading teams in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants; coach and direct pricing projects.
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts; ensure timely project completion.
• Manage and train Actuarial staff within the department.
• Oversee team workload and balance tradeoffs for leadership.
• Present analyses and pricing strategies to stakeholders; client-facing work.
