Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead pricing and analytics initiatives across commercial auto portfolios. You will coach and develop actuarial analysts and consultants, oversee analyses, and drive high-quality pricing strategies for key clients.

The role is remote anywhere in the United States, offering a dynamic, remote-first culture with opportunities to influence business outcomes and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society).
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• 3 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance.
• 3+ years experience managing teams in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants with coaching and direction.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decision-making, and ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts and oversee the successful completion of projects within the required time frame.
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants and/or Analysts within the department.
• Manage teams' time and workload and advise leadership on tradeoffs.
• Demonstrate the ability to balance business results with constrained human capital.
