Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial analysts and consultants. You will coach teams, guide pricing analyses, and ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality.

The role requires strong actuarial credentials (ACAS), deep commercial auto knowledge and client-facing collaboration with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, math, actuarial science with 5+ years post-bachelor actuarial work in commercial insurance.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related field.
• 3+ years in personal lines actuarial analysis and 3+ years in commercial insurance.
• ACAS certification required or pursuing in relevant field.
• Ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and train staff.
• 3+ years experience managing teams in supervisory roles.
• Experience performing account-level rating and pricing analyses for complex and high-value opportunities.
• Experience presenting analyses and pricing strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Auto and general Commercial insurance market.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial Analysts and Consultants; provide coaching, training and direction across pricing projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decisions and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Review consultant work and ensure successful project completion within deadlines.
• Manage and train actuarial staff and supervise workload with leadership input.
• Balance business results with constrained human capital and optimize resources.
