• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5+ years post-bachelor experience.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• 3+ years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance.
• 3+ years experience performing account-level rating and pricing analyses for complex or high-value commercial insurance opportunities.
• ACAS designation.
• Ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training to professional staff.
• Experience serving as a client-facing partner, presenting analyses, recommendations, and pricing strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing teams in supervisory capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of the Commercial Auto industry and insurance marketplace.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR functions including recruitment, performance reviews, salary actions and disciplinary procedures.
• Review consultants' work and ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage and train actuarial consultants and analysts.
• Oversee team workload and advise leadership on tradeoffs.
• Balance business results with human capital constraints.
• Coordinate client-facing analyses and pricing strategies.
• Travel as needed for meetings.
