Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) for a remote role in the United States. You will lead and develop actuarial analysts, oversee pricing analyses, and collaborate with internal and external clients to drive pricing strategies.

The role requires ACAS/FCAS or equivalent experience, 3+ years commercial insurance experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area; 5+ years post-bachelor experience in statistical/actuarial analysis (commercial insurance) OR graduate degree with 3+ years in personal lines insurance.
• ACAS certification is preferred and shows actuarial expertise.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience is required; FCAS is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses and support client decision-making.
• Coordinate recruiting, performance appraisals, and staff mentorship within the department.
• Manage teams, workloads, and timeframes to balance business results with people constraints.
• Provide clear analytical insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
