The ideal candidate has substantial commercial auto actuarial experience, ACAS designation, and strong leadership with the ability to coach and motivate staff while navigating market dynamics.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5 years post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 3 years experience in personal lines insurance.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society).
• Requires strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills.
• Solid understanding of the market landscape.
• Ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training to professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing and analytic projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decisions, ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Interact with internal stakeholders and external clients to build trusted relationships and communicate insights.
