Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto). You will lead actuarial analysts and consultants, coaching teams across pricing and analytics projects to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements include ACAS, 5+ years in commercial insurance, and 3+ years of people management, with strong client-facing presentation skills and pricing expertise.

Formación

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5 years of post-bachelor actuarial experience.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics or actuarial science is preferred.
• ACAS designation is required or in process.
• Experience performing account-level rating and pricing analyses for commercial insurance.
• Strong coaching, mentorship and staff development abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing projects.
• Oversee analyses, ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Coach, train and evaluate professional staff within the department.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to present pricing strategies.
• Balance business results with human capital constraints.
