Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial analysts and consultants on pricing and analytical projects. This role emphasizes coaching, client-facing collaboration, and delivering timely, high-quality analyses across commercial auto opportunities.

The position requires strong pricing expertise, supervisory experience, and deep knowledge of the commercial auto market.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 5 years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area.
• 3 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society).
• Requires the ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training, guidance and constructive feedback to professional staff.
• 3+ years experience managing teams in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience performing account-level rating and pricing analyses for complex or high-value commercial insurance opportunities.
• Experience serving as a client-facing partner, presenting analyses, recommendations, and pricing strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
• In depth knowledge of the Commercial Auto industry and knowledge of the Commercial insurance marketplace in general.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR functions including recruiting, interviews, performance appraisals, salary actions including promotions and terminations, and administering disciplinary procedures in conjunction with management.
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts and oversees the successful completion of projects within the required time frame.
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants and/or Analysts within the department.
• Manage Teams time and workload and recommends tradeoffs to leadership.
• Demonstrate the ability to balance the achievement of business results with constrained human capital.
