Job summary

You will coach analysts, oversee analyses, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive sound business decisions.

The role requires extensive pricing experience, ACAS designation, and a track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality analyses for commercial auto opportunities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related field and 5 years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area.
• 3+ years experience performing account-level rating and pricing analyses for complex or high-value commercial insurance opportunities.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants with coaching and direction across pricing projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decision-making, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Review consultants' work and manage teams to balance business results with human capital.
• Present analyses, recommendations, and pricing strategies to stakeholders.
