Qualifications

• 5+ years of collections experience at a CPG company.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle or Great Plains.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and perform proactive collections on past-due balances.
• Research and resolve customer deductions, chargebacks, short pays, pricing discrepancies and promotional allowances.
• Review remittances, invoices and supporting documents to validate deduction claims.
• Reconcile customer balances and investigate aged balances to drive resolution.
• Process credits, write-offs and account corrections per policy.
• Monitor aging reports and escalate high-risk accounts.
• Document collection activities and communications.
• Support month-end close, AR reporting and cash flow forecasting.
