Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst for a fast-growing CPG company. The role is 100% remote, handling AR collections, deductions, and cash flow forecasting.

You will manage relationships with customers, review remittances and supporting documents, and drive resolution of aged balances. Strong ERP and Excel skills are required, with 5+ years in a CPG environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of collections experience at a CPG company.
• Strong ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Great Plains, etc.).
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis for collections performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and perform proactive collections on past-due balances.
• Research, analyze, and resolve deductions, chargebacks, short pays, and pricing discrepancies.
• Review remittances, invoices, contracts, and supporting docs to validate deduction claims.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate aged balances to drive resolution.
• Process approved credits, write-offs, adjustments, and account corrections per policy.
• Monitor aging reports and escalate high-risk accounts as needed.
• Document collection activities and communications for audit trails.
• Support month-end close, AR reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
