Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Coding Educator to identify opportunities to improve provider documentation and deliver tailored education plans. You report to the Manager, Coding Education and lead sessions on documentation and coding improvements across provider groups.

The role requires CPC certification, 3+ years in risk adjustment education, data analysis, and strong PowerPoint skills. Travel may be needed for training and meetings, with a remote work option and CST/EST hours.

Qualifikationen

• AAPC CPC Certification
• 3+ years of risk adjustment provider education
• 3+ years of medical record review knowledge
• Medicare Risk Adjustment knowledge
• Familiar with coding guidelines (ICD-9/ICD-10)
• Experience analyzing data to guide process improvements
• Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
• Proficient at PowerPoint with experience presenting at multiple levels of leadership

Aufgaben

• Create and execute risk adjustment strategy for each provider group
• Analyze data and deliver educational sessions with providers on quality of care, documentation and coding improvements
• Collaborate with relationship owners and QCS
• Monitor and develop strategy with Network Performance team and leader
• Tailor provider group webinars and discussions on various MRA topics
• Create compliant PowerPoint presentations tailored to group strategy
