Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud services, or digital transformation with Microsoft focus.
• 5+ years driving cloud business in professional services or enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to close complex multi-stakeholder deals with revenue ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings and revenue targets for Microsoft cloud engagements within assigned accounts.
• Drive proactive pipeline creation and portfolio management.
• Lead end-to-end opportunities: origination to contract closure.
• Build joint EPAM–Microsoft account strategies to expand workloads.
