Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a dynamic Cloud Engagement Lead to drive Microsoft transformation for key Northeast accounts. This senior, revenue-owned role partners with EPAM leadership, the delivery organization, Microsoft, and clients to shape, win, and expand cloud engagements.

You will own bookings, lead end-to-end opportunities, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure scalable growth while building executive relationships and co-sell programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• MBA or Business Administration is a plus.
• 10+ years of technology consulting and cloud experience.
• 5+ years of demonstrated success driving and growing cloud business in professional services.
• Experience with Microsoft modernization programs and co-sell ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings and revenue targets for Microsoft cloud engagements.
• Lead opportunities end-to-end from origination to contract closure.
• Collaborate with EPAM leadership, the delivery organization, Microsoft stakeholders, and clients.
• Build executive relationships with senior client stakeholders and position EPAM as a long-term transformation partner.
• Navigate a complex matrix organization and drive outcomes with ambiguity.
