Job summary

Cato Networks, the converged network and security cloud, is seeking a Product Support T3 Engineer to engage with customers post-sale in the US remote team. You will help ensure successful deployments and ongoing satisfaction across the customer lifecycle.

This role focuses on diagnosing complex issues, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with engineering, CS/PS, and product management to deliver timely solutions and proactive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Engineer in web, network, or information security.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in real production environments.
• Experience with Cloud/SaaS providers.
• Excellent oral and written communication with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage customer issues through resolution.
• Mentor other support engineers.
• Contribute to knowledge articles.
