Job summary

Cato Networks is seeking a seasoned Pre-Sales Engineer in the United States to validate solutions, deliver compelling demonstrations, and support customers through the sales cycle.

You will present at conferences, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and ensure customer requirements reach Product Management while traveling across the territory to build trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Pre-Sales or consulting experience with network or cloud security products.
• Proven track record in software sales.
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, switching, routing, and firewall/security technologies.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
• Organised, analytical, and creative in finding solutions.

Responsibilities

• Validate Cato Networks solutions for prospects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical validation of Cato Networks solutions to prospects


• Development and delivery of product demonstrations


• Presenting the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.


• Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs


• Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams


• Travel throughout sales territory

Requirements

• 4+ years of Pre-Sales or Consulting experience working with network and/or cloud security products in a customer-facing role


• Proven track record in software sales


• Comprehensive understanding of networking technology, including:
