Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 7+ years of clinical research with CRO/Biotech/Pharma leading Phase 1-4 trials.
• 3-5 years direct experience leading end-to-end global trials.
• Experience overseeing trials outsourced to CRO vendors.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, analytical and financial management skills.
• Ability to operate with limited supervision in a matrix/global environment.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional trial team to deliver the operational plan and end-to-end trial execution.
• Accountable for trial delivery, budget, timelines, quality, and milestones.
• Oversee CRO/vendor identification, SOW creation, budget oversight, and KPI tracking.
• Mitigate risks and ensure contingency plans are followed.
• Ensure compliance with global regulations and internal SOPs.
• Prepare for Health Authority inspections and internal QA audits.
• Maintain inspection readiness and collaborate with R&D Quality.
• Mentor onboarding of new team members.
• Interface with internal stakeholders across functions.
• Provide budget variance analysis and finance updates.
• Travel approximately 10% as needed.
