Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to lead study-level execution, ensuring alignment of feasibility strategies, risk review, and country-level CRO delivery. You will oversee documents, training, budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships across global trials.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience in matrixed, multinational environments, with travel about 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of clinical research experience with CRO/biotech/pharma.
• Experience leading global clinical trials (phase I-IV).
• Experience with CROs and trial operations.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and presenting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee study-level activities and trial delivery from protocol design to final report.
• Manage CRO/vendor oversight, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop and update trial-specific documents and training materials.
• Coordinate country/regional oversight of CRO operations.
• Support feasibility strategies, risk reviews, and enrollment goals.
• Interface with internal stakeholders and stakeholders meetings.
• Assist onboarding of new team members and provide guidance.
