Job summary

Parexel in the United States is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of global trials, directing cross-functional teams and shaping the operational plan to meet timelines and budgets.

You will oversee CRO/vendor relationships, manage risk, ensure compliance with health authority regulations, prepare protocols, and support inspections while mentoring team members and coordinating with stakeholders across Finance, QA, Data Management and Regulatory.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree is required.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience leading Phase 1-4 global trials end to end.
• 3-5 years direct experience leading end to end global clinical trials

Responsibilities

• Lead the cross-functional trial team to deliver the operational plan and end-to-end trial execution.
• Oversee overall trial delivery, budget, timelines, quality, and milestones; support planning and deviation resolution.
• Manage CRO/vendor relationships including setup, SOW, budget oversight, and KPI tracking.
• Ensure trial activities comply with regulations and internal procedures; coordinate inspections and QA activities.
• Mentor onboarding of new team members and coordinate with key stakeholders across functions.
• Provide variance analysis of budget versus actuals and support governance updates.
• Travel approximately 10% as needed.
