Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead end-to-end global trials from strategy through execution. You will steer cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and partner with CROs to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor team members, optimize study operations, and drive risk mitigation while ensuring inspections-ready operations and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 7+ years of CRO/pharma clinical research experience leading phase 1–4 trials.
• 3–5 years of end-to-end global trial leadership.
• Experience overseeing CRO/vendor relationships and budgets.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional trial teams to deliver operational plans.
• Manage end-to-end trial delivery, budget, timelines, and quality.
• Oversee CRO/vendor identification, SOWs, budgets, and KPIs.
• Prepare for Health Authority inspections and QA audits.
• Ensure operations comply with global regulations and SOPs.
• Mentor onboarding of new team members.
• Travel up to 10% with flexibility.
