Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead end-to-end clinical trial delivery, providing operational leadership and overseeing cross-functional teams to build and execute the trial operational plan.

The role requires identifying and mitigating risks to deliver trials on time, within budget, and in a compliant manner, while managing budget, timelines, quality, and stakeholder communications. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 7+ years in clinical research with CRO/biotech/pharma.
• 3–5 years leading end-to-end global trials.
• Experience managing CRO/vendor relationships and budgets.
• Strong leadership and team mentorship abilities.
• Excellent analytical, financial and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; MS Project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional trial team to deliver operational plan.
• Oversee trial delivery, budget, timelines, quality, and milestones.
• Manage CRO/vendor selection, SOWs, and KPI monitoring.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs.
• Support inspections and QA audits.
• Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders.
