Job summary

Parexel in Salem, Oregon seeks a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead end-to-end clinical trial delivery and build the trial operational plan with a cross-functional team.

You will oversee budgets, timelines, quality, and milestones while mitigating risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Collaborate with CROs/vendors and participate in inspections; travel up to 10% as needed. Strong leadership and communication are essential to drive successful global trials.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical research experience in CRO/biotech/pharma leading Phase 1-4 trials.
• 3-5 years direct experience leading end-to-end global clinical trials.
• Experience overseeing CRO/vendor management and end-to-end trial execution.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional trial team to deliver the operational plan and end-to-end trial execution.
• Oversee trial delivery, budget, timelines, quality, and milestones (protocol deviations & resolutions).
• Oversee CRO/vendor identification, SOW creation, budget oversight and KPIs/metrics.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations and contingencies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality oversight; collaborate with QA.
• Prepare for Health Authority inspections and internal audits.
• Travel approximately 10% as needed.
