Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead end-to-end clinical trial delivery, guiding cross-functional teams to build and execute the operational plan. You’ll identify risks, manage budgets, timelines, and quality, and ensure regulatory compliance across phases 1–4.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in clinical research, with extensive CRO/vendor oversight experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to mentor others in a global matrix environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience with CRO/Biotech/pharma leading Phase 1–4 global trials.
• 3–5 years direct experience leading end-to-end global clinical trials.
• Experience overseeing/leading global trials outsourced to a CRO and managing all aspects of trial execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional trial team to deliver the operational plan and end-to-end trial execution.
• Manage overall trial delivery, budget, timelines, quality, and milestones.
• Oversee CRO/vendor identification, SOW creation, budget oversight and KPI tracking.
• Identify risks and drive mitigations and contingencies.
• Ensure compliance with global regulations and QA processes.
• Support inspections and internal audits; maintain inspection-ready state.
