Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience leading Phase 1-4 global trials.
• 3-5 years direct experience leading end-to-end global clinical trials.
• Experience overseeing CRO/vendor management and trial budgeting.
• Strong leadership, analytical and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cross-functional trial team to deliver the operational plan and end-to-end trial execution.
• Oversee trial delivery, budget, timelines, quality, and milestones; support planning and scope.
• Manage CRO/vendor identification, SOW creation, budget oversight, and KPI monitoring.
• Ensure trial readiness and compliance with global health authority regulations.
• Mentor onboarding of new team members and interface with internal stakeholders.
