Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee study-level activities, vendor oversight, and country/regional CRO delivery. You will align feasibility strategies, manage budgets and timelines, and contribute to training materials and trial documentation.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams, with travel around 10% to sites and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical research experience with CRO/biotech/pharma in global trials
• 2-3 years leading aspects of global clinical trials
• Experience working with CROs

Responsibilities

• Coordinate study team activities and CRO/vendor oversight.
• Manage regulatory submissions tracking systems, budgets, timelines.
• Oversee enrollment, drug supply, and data flow.
• Provide input on trial operational strategies from protocol to CSR.
• Support inspection readiness and risk mitigation at trial level.
• Interface with stakeholders and onboard new team members.
• Attend stakeholder meetings and report on progress
