Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Data Analyst for the Quality Abstraction team. This fully remote role supports health data analysis, reporting, and patient care insights across multiple datasets. The analyst will work standard days, 40 hours per week, with no relocation and no visa sponsorship.

You will evaluate data quality, develop population definitions, and deliver BI reports while collaborating with clients and stakeholders to drive outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health-related fields or RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a health-related field.
• Healthcare data experience in a healthcare organization preferred.
• ECQM and quality metrics experience (2 years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects with limited supervision.
• Leads evaluation of service requests to define business and technical issues.
• Collaborates with clients to understand business needs, scope, and deliverables.
• Develops analytic approaches and population definitions for projects.
• Creates reports using BI tools and educates clients on data concepts.
• Responsible for data integration across sources and data quality review.
